  I travel a lot for a living. When I was near the house, the closest thing to me was a CVS… But their hours were short and just didn't fit my traveling lifestyle. So I switched to Walgreens. Now I was just at the one in Brownsburg Indiana on main street I believe, just yesterday and I had another Great experience there, just as I usually do Walgreens, anywhere I go. I happened to be in the pharmacy, and I have to say this particular trip was exceptional call because of "Kortnee"! Super helpful, courteous, polite and a wonderful smile to boot! She made my visit extra special. She whizzed right through any potential holdups, with her foresight and initiative! It was the complete opposite of the customer service we sometimes get out there in the world, where it feels like we have to encourage our server every step of the way. You sometimes find that in businesses of all sorts, where you feel short changed at the end of the transaction! But not with Kortnee, at Walgreens! Admittedly, she told me this wasn't her regular store, she was just helping out. But I would seriously go out of my way, to get service like that again, from her!
